Never have a 0% clay. During your day, when you meet the many moments of choice of whot to do next, port of your decision process is to imagine: “What would it be like to do/achieve this?” (Whatever it is. Doing chores, cleaning up your desktop, developing software, working on Web content, playing a gome, watching a movie, taking a wolk, ...) Realize that the experience is always different (usually deeper, more rewarding) than the imagination! Also, once you’ve committed yourself to doing, you'll grasp it much better than your imagination could, your will gains momentum, your mind is in the zone. You’ll want to do it once you’ve really started! "Just do it!" is still one of the best approaches.
