Do not fear the certainty, but celebrate the delay. Sometimes you cannot fix. Sometimes maintenance is enough. Sometimes you have to accept. Sometimes you have to shift perspective. It’s okay to prolong your pain. You have but one life to live. When it pertains to mental health, we are a// guilty of this fixation with solution. Remember, prolonging is not to ignore; they are mutually exclusive. Let there be gaps in your struggles rather than over/y exhausting your efforts to abolish them. Learn to be advantageous when you find the sun is bleeding through. Let it be. Solving for long term is what we are being taught in the service of finding a purpose/ess purpose.
